Bingo Night- Tuesday May 18th from 5:45pm to 7:00pm the office will be having Bingo night in the club house. Come on in and enjoy some drinks and snacks and take your chance at winning!

Resident Referrals- Want to save some money this year? Refer a friend, a family-member, or a co-worker! Refer 1 and you get $200 off of one month’s rent, refer 2 and get $300 off of one month’s rent, refer 3 and get ONE MONTH RENT FREE!!!

Early Bird Drawing- Pay your rent before the 1st of the month and your name will be entered into a drawing to receive $50 off the following month’s rent. Congratulations to Wayne Wisniewski who won the May Early Bird Drawing and will receive $50 off of his JuneRent!!!

Dry Cleaning Service- Our clubhouse offers a pick-up and delivery dry cleaning service every Monday and Thursday! All you have to do is drop off your clothes at the office and fill out a service form and your all set!!

Pool is Open- The Community Pool is offically open for the summer!! Pool hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please remember all residents must have their Pool Passes with them while at the pool area and no glass of any sort is permitted in the pool area.
